The summer of 2025 will mark our 25th year for this internship!
This 10-week internship allows law students and selected undergraduate college students to work closely with prosecutors for the summer. Interns will experience first-hand workings of the criminal justice system. In addition, interns will have the opportunity to participate in the following activities:
- Police Ride-a-longs
- Courthouse Tours
- Jail & Federal Prison Tours
- Afternoon on the police firing range
- Tour of the K9 Unit
- Spend a day with one of Lexington’s Robbery/Homicide Detectives
- Tour of the Air Support Unit
- And much, much more…
The internship is unpaid. Intern work hours are from 8:30 AM until 5:00PM Monday-Friday.
