Tara Curtis

Tara Curtis joined our office in January 2026, after formerly working for 3 years in the Fayette Circuit Court Criminal Division & also gaining experience working in a private law firm. Her experience in the legal system helps assist in the day-to-day work that supports the pursuit of justice in our community. Born and raised in Lexington, she takes pride in serving the city that shaped her.

Outside of work, she is a devoted mother to two daughters and enjoys spending time with family, cheering on her daughters at basketball games and unwinding with true crime podcasts.

Kate-Lin Hollenbach

Hailing from Taylor County, Kate-Lin Hollenbach is a graduate of Campbellsville University, where she earned dual degrees in Criminal Justice and Psychology. She joined the Commonwealth’s Attorney’s Office in July 2025 and is gaining experience in courtroom data entry, court hearing protocols, and case management. Kate-Lin chose the Fayette Commonwealth’s Attorney’s Office as her first career step because she values work that makes a difference in people’s lives. In her free time, she is an avid reader and a patron of the performing arts.

John Hammond

John Hammond grew up in Cape Coral, Florida, and moved to Lexington, Kentucky, in 2023. He graduated from the University of South Florida with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science, focusing on Government and Policy. He is passionate about social justice and hopes to dedicate his career to serving his community, especially those who are marginalized and underprivileged. John joined the office in 2025 as a Paralegal and works on Pre-Trial Diversions and Expungements.

Annamaria Corea

Born and raised in Lexington, KY, Annamaria Corea has a deep-rooted connection to the community and its values. She graduated from the University of Kentucky with a B.A. in International Studies, which ignited her passion for understanding the legal system and its impact on society. In July 2024, Annamaria transitioned to the Commonwealth Attorney’s Office as support staff, bringing with her six years of experience in retail management. Her background enhances her ability to contribute effectively to the office’s mission of delivering justice and safeguarding the community. Beyond her role at the office, Annamaria is also a wedding and event makeup artist. She enjoys traveling and spending time with friends at music festivals, reflecting her love for new experiences.

Tasha Mirilovich

Tasha Mirilovich is a long-time resident of Kentucky, having relocated from Miami, Florida, over 25 years ago. She graduated from Woodford County High School in 1991 and pursued higher education at Morehead State University. In her professional capacity, Tasha undertakes various tasks within the office, such as responding to phone calls, managing closed cases, inputting data into courtroom systems, and attending court hearings. Outside of her professional commitments, Tasha finds enjoyment in outdoor activities, particularly spending time at the lake. Additionally, she has a passion for tailgating during University of Kentucky football games.

Morgan Lunsford

Morgan Lunsford was born and raised in Wilmore, Kentucky. She graduated from West Jessamine in Nicholasville, Kentucky, and moved to Lexington, where she currently resides. Morgan joined our office in September 2023 and is our felony case director.

Elizabeth Brown

Elizabeth Brown grew up in Richmond and currently lives in Lexington after spending several years in South Carolina. She earned her Paralegal Certification from Eastern Kentucky University and has worked as Paralegal since 2015 in civil practice. She joined the Commonwealth’s Office as a Paralegal in May 2023 and serves the office by assisting the attorneys in their day to day casework.

Chris Mattingly

Chris Mattingly was born and raised in Lebanon, KY, and moved to Lexington in 2016 to receive an Associate of Applied Science from Bluegrass Community and Technical College. Chris currently serves as the Technology Manager. His role at our office is to assist staff with technology-related issues. Chris joined our office in January 2019.

Morgan Tackett

Morgan Tackett is originally from Florida, but she has lived in Lexington since she was a young child. Morgan received her Associates of Science Degree in 2014 from Sullivan University, and has worked in the court system since 2008, joining our team in 2015. Morgan is currently our Grand Jury Coordinator/Office Administrator. She schedules all cases for Grand jury. She also prepares all travel and handles all the billing for the office as well.

Christie Coffman

Christie Coffman was born in Winder, Georgia, but has lived in Lexington for most of her life. She is a graduate of Lafayette High School and has worked in the court system since 2005. Christie joined our office in 2013 as an administrative assistant. She currently serves as the Discovery Administrator, handling all discovery in cases in our office, as well as our Office Manager, overseeing all personnel duties.
